Hello one and all..After the success of de-stress session, I am glad to share that I am bringing a series of 4 sessions on ‘A Journey to inner world’ in the month of September.
The session is intented to help you take out time so that you can experience yourself outside of your role as wife, daughter or mother and listen to your inner world.
The sessions are planned in a way that it encourages self expression through the use of art and relaxation techniques.
