2. Research the resorts: Look for resorts that offer the amenities and activities you're interested in. Consider factors such as the location, room types, beach access, water sports, and spa facilities.
3. Meal plans: Resorts in the Maldives typically offer meal plans that include breakfast, half board (breakfast and dinner), full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and all-inclusive. Consider your meal preferences and how often you plan to dine out to choose the meal plan that's right for you.

WHERE TO STAY: LOCAL ISLAND OR PRIVATE ISLAND
The Maldives is a beautiful tropical destination consisting of thousands of small islands, many of which offer a range of accommodation options including local and private islands. Both local and private islands in the Maldives have their own unique characteristics and offer different experiences.
A local island is one that is inhabited by local Maldivians and offers a glimpse into their daily life, culture, and traditions. These islands offer a more authentic and affordable experience compared to private islands, as they have a range of guesthouses, budget hotels, and restaurants that cater to visitors. Local islands also offer opportunities to explore nearby attractions, such as local markets, historical sites, and to engage in activities such as snorkelling, diving, and fishing.
On the other hand, a private island in the Maldives is a secluded paradise where you can enjoy the ultimate luxury and privacy. These islands are typically owned by resorts and offer a range of luxurious amenities and facilities.
The choice between a local island and a private island ultimately depends on your preferences and budget. If you are looking for an affordable and authentic experience and don't mind being around locals, a local island might be the best option for you. However, if you want to indulge in luxury and seclusion and have a higher budget, a private island would be the way to go.
We choose to stay in Local Island: Maafushi, as we were travelling with 2 kid.

National Breastfeeding In Public Day
My daughter is one year old and we have already completed 6 domestic and one international travel with her breaking stereotypes that you can’t travel with infants.
All this because I now have the confidence that I can breastfeed my baby anywhere and anytime I want. Be it Aeroplane or a speedboat or beach or any public place, for me breastfeeding is a natural process and should not be treated as shameful.
Today, as we celebrate National breastfeeding in public day, I feel proud of being a breastfeeding mom and be able to lead a normal life like other without restrictions.
Thank you for encouraging moms like me.

MALDIVES TIPS: PART 1
We love to travel and love to organize our trips well in advance.
We prefer booking everything on our own, that's why I would like to share some tips if you want to visit Maldives.
WHEN TO GO:
The best time to visit Maldives is from November to April when is the dry season with less rains and storms, but it's also the busiest and expensive especially around New Year. And best time to do all the water activities.
If you go in rainy season/monsoon season/ from May to October, you can expect some heavy storms, strong winds and some bad weather but it's also the less expensive!
We preferred the dry season, and visited Maldives in February.
• HOW TO GET THERE:
The international flights go to Male (the capital of the country and from there you will need another transport.
There are several types of transport like ferry local, speed boat, seaplane and plane!
!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT !!
The islands are at different distance and a lot of them are very far away from the capital and transfer to them will be very expensive.
I'd suggest organizing a transfer directly from your resort!
Also, remember that domestic flights or seaplane transfer can be quite expensive so don't forget that when thinking about your budget!

Happy 10 Months Cherry Baby – (15/10/2022)
Double figures already 🥺 (time slow down a bit please)
And It’s getting more and more challenging to get nice photos from above, but I’m determined to keep going for the rest of your milestone photos! 😉
Cherry is still very much in discovery mode, she looks at us when she does something she knows she shouldn’t. She also thinks it’s funny when we say no.
Loves music, and has her own little bum and shoulders move which is so adorable to watch.
Her favourite nursery rhymes is ‘twinkle twinkle little star’
This month we got her Mundan ceremony completed, with her head shaved, she looks more like a boy now (almost replica of Prayaan when he was 10 months old). Prayaan played a big brother role by not allowing us to get her head shaved.
She continues to belly crawl all over the house, under the beds and tables. She is now a pro belly crawler.
We also introduced her to walker earlier this month, she enjoys walking to her favourite places in her room.
She loves eating herself, new favourites is banana
You make our life so complete baby 🎊
Mumma, daddy and Chiku bhaiya loves you sooo much ❤️❤️❤️
