Applications must go through a rigorous review process by staff, Citizen’s Union, and City Council to determine final allocations of funding. Approvals on the final funding allocations are then obtained from the City Council and HUD. It is after these approvals are in place that contracts between the City and subrecipients can be executed and funds begin to be distributed.

Refer to each program page for further information.
