I have been making fun of this car on TikTok for a month, READ WHY: 🏎💭

This is the Range Rover Sport SVR. SVR stands for Special Vehicle Racing, out of the Special Vehicle Operations department from the British Manufacturer. This car has 550 horsepower produced from a 5.0L V8 engine shared with the Jaguar F Type R, bucket seats, brembo brakes and a loud but crisp exhaust system from factory which makes it stand apart from all other Range Rover.

The SVR is the ultimate Range Rover Sport that costs well over $120,000 new - so why do they often sit? The reason is because in this generation of Range Rover (and Jaguars) specifically, electronic malfunctions exist frequently which can cause the ignition to not operate leaving you stranded and waiting for a tow truck. They also utilize a complex air suspension that is prone to leaks - and more commonly these cars are just expensive to maintain in general for fuel and regular service trips. 

With all that being said - I actually think this one pictured is a good buy. In a time where getting any new car is difficult, this car is listed for just under $65,000 with 55k miles which is probably HALF of its full sticker price 5 years ago. If you have a good relationship with a private mechanic (decreasing maintenance costs), this might not be so bad of a purchase for a year or so to then sell and hop into something new. There are comparable SVR range rovers with more miles listed for more coin currently - which leaves a nice pocket for someone to not lose any more or even make some come time to sell.

The BMW Alpina B6🏎💭

Most people think of the M6 when thinking performance BMW’s, but many forget or are unaware of BMW’s long time tuning house collaborator ALPINA.

We can get into ALPINA another day, but this is an example of one: the BMW B6 Alpina.

A satin dark grey Ferrari . The LaFerrari is a V12 hybrid 950 horsepower monster created by Ferrari in 2015 and only was able in a few colors: Rosso Corsa, Giallo Modena, Nero and possibly a special factory color.

Ferrari only produced 499 cars - they also made a convertible-top variant called the Aperta - which has been seen in other colors including bianco (pearl white).

What do you think? Is this a factory matte dark grey paint on this LaFerrari - if so it’s price tag must include some type of premium for this exclusive vehicle.

Acura NSX 🏎💭

The original Acura NSX was created by Honda Engineering in order to beat out the Ferrari V8 range vehicles from the 90's.

The NSX was the first mass produced automobile with a full aluminum body, and used Honda's VTEC for its 3.0L V6 engine.

The car was introduced in 1989 at the Chicago Auto Show. North American Models were known as the ACURA NSX, while the rest of the world knows it as the HONDA NSX.

E36 BMW M3 Sedan🏎💭

In the late 90's the E36 BMW M3's were some of the coolest things around - and they still carry that same weight today.

The recipe was lightweight build, good power ratio, rear wheel drive and iconic BMW handling - legendary.

The sedan was no longer produced after 1997 and was far less produced in general than the coupe - with around 12,600 produced.
