Real, raw & honest. ⤵️

I shared this with my clients this morning & I’m sure others can relate! Some days you will over eat. Some days you will miss your workout. Some days you'll be tired & unmotivated. Some days you will want to give up. This is 100% normal. But overcoming these challenges is the most important part of changing your habits & getting the results that you want bottom line.

Focus on progress over perfection making it a lifestyle rather than a 6 week boot camp that you hate. Focus on getting 1% better each day at any area! You got this! 😎💪🏼

“Work hard, stay humble, be kind.”

Decided to share my all time favorite quote with my clients this morning during our workout as its meaning is far deeper than words.

“WORK HARD”….What does work hard mean to you? It’s going to look different for everyone & that’s okay. For me it’s giving it 110% in everything I do. Work, school, sporting events, family, whatever it is. Don’t be half assed about it. You might not be 1st place in everything or top of your grade but if you know deep down you did everything you could, that’s all that matters. Work your tail off regardless. My parents instilled that in me at a very young age & I’m forever thankful.

“STAY HUMBLE”….God has blessed me far beyond measures in all areas of life. I have a business that has helped numerous people become the best versions of themselves & I’m beyond thankful for each of you. Numerous achievements over my life through sporting events & whatever else, but none of that matters. At the end of the day, people forget that stuff but they don’t forget how important you make them feel & how you show your true character.

“BE KIND”….The world that we live in is scary, period. You legit never know what someone is fighting behind a closed door. The next time you want to hold a grudge or talk down about someone, remember none of us have a perfect history.

I encourage you to “work hard, stay humble & be kind”… thanks to all of you for being you. Clients, supporters, strangers, friends, family…whoever you are, I’m thankful for you. Here’s to 29 more trips around the sun! 💪🏼☀️😎

FREE MURPH WORKOUT! Details below! ⬇️

First, what is the MURPH workout? Hundreds of thousands will follow it for Memorial Day. It honors Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL killed in Afghanistan in 2005 & awarded the Medal of Honor.

The standard workout asks you to wear a 10-20 pound weighted vest while doing the following.
Run one mile —>
Do 100 pullups —>
Do 200 Pushups —>
Do 300 Squats —>
Run one mile —->

But you can & should find your own Murph modifications by altering the workout to your ability level. Join me at 6:45 AM central time for the weighted part of the workout. All you need is a set of dumbbells as we will modify the above workout to be able to do it at home! Complete your 1 mile walk, jog, run, bike before 6:45 AM & last 1 mile after our workout!

The idea is that you make it tough. It’s about the effort. Just have a physical moment where you consider sacrifice for those that have sacrificed their lives for us. Happy Memorial Weekend and THANK YOU to those that have served, are serving or are part of families that have served/serving!
