⚠️Warning!!!! Unrealistic Expectations Ahead.
When I became a mom I assumed my children would sleep when I needed them to, eat when I needed them to, smile for the camera when I asked them to, and do well in school when I expected them to. I thought motherhood as a simple equation
Good mom + Lots of expectations = Well-behaved, Easy children.
but I was wrong. It took me years to understand that it was my unrealistic expectations that were wrong, not me. You need to get rid of those unrealistic expectations. Just relax and try to be a good mom instead of being a perfect one.❤️😊

There is a reason that babies do cry a lot. They feel light after crying. It is nature’s programming❤️ that if something bad happened, you should not hold it, same thing apply to us but it does not means that you should crying the whole day.😉
Working moms💪provide positive role models for children. You are setting an example for Children from an early age that women are not just domestic servants and that they may have a professional life of their own.
Girls will learn that they need to think about a career too, rather than just getting married and having children. In short do not regret being a working mom.😇👌❤️
Here are the things that you should eat 🤤 if you need fast recovery or have low milk supply.
1.Oatmeal , you can get it in your diet (hot cereal, granola bars, oatmeal squares)
2.Almonds and other nuts/seeds - by themselves or in foods (put a zip lock bag of them in your purse to munch!)
3.Chicken - any way you like it (chicken soup is great, or baked chicken)
4.Grains-like wheat, barley, corn meal, buckwheat, rice, quinoa.
5.Turkey - any way you like it (avoid dressing with sage).🤞 ❤
6.Fruits-like Green papaya.(Yup, not just any papaya),Strawberries,
Bananas, Blueberries and Mango.
