I got to make modeling chocolate and play with it. While making this highland cow cake. It was fun but hard with how warm it was yesterday, but it looks great.

Made cupcakes today so a couple can taste test tomorrow. So who wants to get some red velvet or white almond cupcakes. I’m getting ready to frost them now. Red velvet will have cream cheese buttercream frosting and the almond will have just buttercream.
