The type of wax you use, is one of the factors that determine at what temperature you pour the wax into your vessels. When you use 100% pure Soy, then you pour between 140-135 degrees Fahrenheit.

The best way to get the longest amount of burn with your candle is to trim your wicks to around 1/4 inch after every use. Ours are 100% cotton, which produces a clean burn.
