Now that we’re completely full for a bit, I can getstarted on what I’ve been looking forward to for so long- restoration of this vintage steamer trunk. Best I can tell, this is from around 1910-1920- I can’t wait to bring her back to her former glory!!

Had a busy day today- I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with this wood burl I’ve had- and today I figured it out!!! Some planing, a lot of sanding, and filling in a Gale with some blue epoxy, add in a singer sewing machine base and Boom!!! A gorgeous table!!! I’ll have this at Big Peach Antiques Mall tomorrow!! Come see it!!!

A little commission project- this sweet young lady wanted a nightstand for her boyfriends birthday- I was more than happy to find her something to fit. Gave this old, handmade piece of furniture some new life!
