HUGE shoutout to our ReNewYou Challenge coach for her podium finish at this year’s CrossFit Games! Kari made history by being the first American to podium since 2014 and her very first podium at the Games. She gritted through the final event, finishing first in what was billed the most difficult CrossFit event yet to secure her spot on the podium! The final event, called Atalanta, consisted of: 1 mile run, 100 handstand push-ups, 200 single-leg squats, 300 pull-ups and a 1 mile run. All with a 14lb weighted vest!
