Doing a little Q&A for those who had questions about the new weight loss program...

Q: What is this program exactly?
A: The Fit & Empowered Method is a unique approach to a weight loss program that I designed for Moms, and is implemented (in segments) throughout all of the programs I offer. The program currently being promoted delivers the foundation of the Fit & Empowered Method, called the Weekend Weight Loss Intensive. This is a 3-day (Fri/Sat/Sun) online intensive program designed to teach you everything you need, and provide all the resources needed in order to construct your own customized weight loss program! This is the exact structure I use to write custom programs for my weight loss clients!

Q: Is this a template?
A: No! It's a series of lessons that teach you how to structure your own program, custom to your body's needs and your goals. This is not a "one-size-fits-all" program.

Q: Is this in person, or virtual?
A: The entire program is completely virtual, and you have lifetime access to the platform so you can always refer back when you've met your weight loss goal and you're ready to rewrite your program for your next goal! (i.e. toning, build muscle, etc.)

Q: What all is included in the Weekend Weight Loss Intensive?
A: You will get a series of lessons that teach you how to build your custom weight loss program, step-by-step, including fitness (workouts/target heart rate/schedule/etc.), nutrition (calories/macros/reverse dieting/etc.), rest & recovery (self-care/stretching/mindset/etc.), and I've thrown in a couple of bonuses for you too, such as a lesson on intermittent fasting, and a special free gift: "The Empowered Mom Masterclass."

Q: What results can I expect to see?
A: You can expect to lose weight over your whole body, but specifically tummy, hips, and thighs. Most clients lose weight their very first week! My clients who've seen the best results typically fit into most of the following criteria:
1.) Need to lose a minimum of 20lbs. 2.) Ages 30-60 years old. 3.) Are not post-menopausal, pre & peri are fine. 4.) Are able to workout at least twice a week. 5.) Willing to track food and habits for at least their first week. 6.) Are open to unlearning some theories previously taught and try something new.

Q: I don't meet all the criteria, can I still join or will this still work for me?
A: Yes! The criteria just describes my former clients that have seen the best/fastest results! All of my clients have lost weight, but not all fit all of the criteria. If you fit even just 1 of the criteria, you will see success in implementing the Fit & Empowered Method!

Q: Is this personal training?
A: No, but I teach you the exact structure I use to write programs for my personal training clients....therefore, you'll never need to hire another personal trainer again!

Q: Do you have a program where I can get community support and group coaching?
A: Yes! My Premium Group Coaching program includes this program, the next level up, and more! I will have more details about this coming soon!

Why am I offering this? Some was from my own personal journey with trying to lose the baby weight (I'll share my story another time)...but a lot of it was from my experience with my clients...

1) After being in this industry for over a decade, I found that MOMS are the ones who give up the fastest, and in my opinion, they're the ones that deserve to feel amazing and confident more than anyone! Being accepting of yourself is a beautiful thing, but only when your focus is on positive traits. If you’re constantly putting yourself down, and then saying “that’s just how I am,” you’re actually giving up on yourself. Try recognizing the negative thoughts/emotions that come up, and intentionally change them to a positive thought like, “I’m willing to work on that.” Your future self will thank you for it. You deserve to be the very best version of you, so work towards becoming her instead of giving up. 🤍
