Quick & Easy Breakfast Egg Sandwich.
1. Put 2 eggs into a cup & scramble the yolks.
2. Wet a paper towel & cover the cup. Microwave for 1 minute.
3. Check egg if itโs still runny put in microwave for additional 20 seconds.
4. Toast English muffins.
5. Enjoy!
