There is ALWAYS something to be thankful for. From all of us at Salon James ENJOY each moment of your day.

The Salon James staff would like to thank each and every one of you for supporting us through this crazy year. Since we reopened in June, you have been so considerate of our healthy & safety and your health & safety has been our top priority, too! Together, we have been able to keep each other safe with mutual respect and appropriate safety measures.

With COVID-19 cases rising, the Pa Department of Health has released new guidelines on travel as of Friday, November 20th. Please keep these guidelines in mind when booking future appointments. We kindly ask that you schedule your salon visits 14 days after returning from all destinations. Also, if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or are just not feeling well, call to reschedule. We will make our best effort to get you into the salon in a timely manner once you are feeling better.

As the weather gets colder, remember to call us from your car before entering the salon. We don’t want you to have to wait in the cold if we are not quite ready for you. If you get the answering machine, kindly give us a minute or two and call back. We are still operating at 50% occupancy and without a proper waiting area. We also ask that you not bring anyone along with you to your appointment if they are not also receiving a service. Masks are still required!

Salon James is looking to add a friendly, reliable, motivated person as a front desk receptionist to our team. This is a part time position with some flexibility. Duties include: greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, light housekeeping, helping the salon to run smoothly. The ability to multitask and computer skills are a huge plus.
