We are a community of people just trying to be the best versions of ourselves, support each other, stay active and healthy, and feel beautiful while we try and hold it all together.
Some days we pull it off. Some days we miss deadlines, survive on only caffeine, realize we’re wearing our kid’s socks, and let people down. Everyday though, we show up 🤍
We are so passionate about creating lives that set our souls on fire that we wont miss a moment of the process.

Our unique shower and beauty bar area at the collective provides a feel of luxury and convenience after working out at Remedy Fit. Fully stocked with all the essentials you need to shower, shampoo, and style, it makes moving your body and moving on with your day a breeze. Try out our full collection of salon products and tools for that extra pampering experience 🤍

On Thursdays we learn 🤍
One of the things that sets us apart at the Collective is our constant and collaborative hands-on education. Both our apprenticeship programs and our advanced education programs benefit each other as we share our experiences, knowledge, and expertise with each other. We all rise when we elevate each other

Quite literally OBSESSED with the workouts on our FORME studios.
FORME offers a movement for every body and fitness level. Personally, my return to run is benefitting from the “for runners” workouts. The benefit of accessing these programs from their app means a workout is always available, even if you’re not in-studio 🤍

from a grueling sweat session to work ready in 30 minutes 🙌🏻

How do you fit in that workout when you have to get to work and look professional?

I hear from so many of my clients that they avoid sweating or working out all together because of the time it takes it get ready afterward.
What’s the trick to fitting it all in? If I’m in a time crunch I build my outfit around my hairstyle of course! Tight high topknots or sleek low buns stay in place and hide sweat. Add a touch of shine gel to keep frizzies at bay, and throw in a matching scrunchie or or barrette for a finishing touch. 💕

To say that I am grateful is an understatement.

Living out a dream doesn’t happen by accident.

2 years ago I was called to make big life moves that I did not yet understand. I knew I was authentically misaligned in my current business and while I tried to face this misalignment the best way I could, the result was a loss and hurt larger than I could have imagined. In the moment I was broken, I was tired, and I felt powerless.
I switched my focus to what I could control. My family, my skill set and strengths, and an idea that had manifested itself into my soul long ago.
My dream morphed and changed, altered by reality and roadblocks. I had to constantly remind myself that everything we encounter in this human experience happens FOR you and the universe guides you to the exact place you need to be. Giving up my need to control is a constant battle. Divine timing certainly does not always align with what I think it should be. 2 years later though, this idea that manifested itself in me years ago is finally coming to be. This was no accident, and the amount of assistance, sacrifice, and reassurance I’ve been given is no small thing.
