Huge Thank you to McNeese State University for the invite to team camp this past weekend. It was awesome to watch our Athletes compete and learn with a world class staff! Thank you to Illusions Gold Premier Sessum - 16U and Unity Academy for making the trip as well! Scrimmages were a great way to get ready for our fall, playing against awesome Athletes and Top Notch Pitching.

Great day at AM Academy Zito today with our 12u Futures, 14u Futures and 14U Academy in town! It’s going to be a huge year for Athletics Mercado in Texas, and we are here for it!

It’s been a long time coming, but super excited to be able to say we will share the field with Nevaeh Salmeron! Navaeh will bring great depth and versatility to our MIF at the same time packing pop at the plate and causing havoc on the bases! Super excited to have you 9!

Super Excited to Welcome Gia Bales back to our program! Gia brings a ton of Grit, determination, and a massive skill set both at and behind the plate! Can’t wait to get back at it!

For those set to attend our 14U Futures tryouts tonight in Willis, we have postponed them due to rain. We will update the FB page asap with alternate tryout times and locations!

It is truly special to see a group stay the course, keep plugging away and putting in the work. This group has done just that and it’s paid off. Congratulations to Athletics Mercado 14U Zito on their final 4 finish at the USSSA National Championship. They battled long days, rain and heat, and made all of us truly proud. Great work ladies!

A special thanks to Coach Kye, Coach Christina , Coach Jeff and Coach Brenda for giving so much time and dedication to the group to enable such an awesome opportunity!
