These shirts are to help raise funds for Kaleo's participation in the International Federation of Muay Thai Association ( IFMA ) Youth Championships in Bangkok, Thailand!

It is an honor to be a part of this family and to have the opportunity to immerse myself in the richness of their Costa Rican heritage. I am grateful for the chance to learn about the history of their family and to share this knowledge with my son, who will one day inherit this legacy and carry it forward into the future. While his father's before him may not be "fighters" in a ring, they are the founding fathers that built the honor and character instilled in my husband. On April 7, 2024, Kaleo Rojas won the Gold medal in the Youth Elite 12-13 male 46kg category at the USA Muay Thai National Championships in Delaware. This triumph secured him a spot on Team USA for the IFMA Youth World Championships in Bangkok, Thailand. Typically, in non-profit organizations akin to the Olympics, the financial responsibility to attend and compete falls on the winner. As Kaleo's parents and coaches, we seek to find support to help us cover expenses for organizational fees, airfare, training, accommodation, and meals. ❗️SCHEDULE UPDATE FOR THE NEXT THREE WEEKS:❗️

☆Please be advised that the school will be closed on June 21st and 22nd. Ten of our athletes will be participating in the TBA CLASSIC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS and will be traveling from June the 18th to the 23rd. Consequently, the "Lunch Thai with Mecca" classes will be canceled that week, as Coach Mecca will also be competing in the tournament. Most, but not all, classes will be covered by either Coach Luke, Cesar, or Marcus during our absence.

☆The school will also be closed for the Independence Day holiday from July 1st to July 6th. This will allow us to spend some much-needed time with our families without having to worry about RMT-related matters during our absence. There will be NO CLASSES DURING THIS WEEK.
Kru and I will be traveling to Costa Rica to attend a family reunion in honor of his grandfather's 99th birthday. The reunion with his family will take place from June 26th to July 10th. In our absence, on the days when RMT will be operational, our Fight Team, aka Assistant Coaches, will be conducting all classes to guarantee that our students consistently receive the highest caliber of training.

Regrettably, due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, the Kids Class scheduled for 5:15pm-6pm today has been canceled. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

This coming Sunday, June 9th, ON THE BORDER in Garland will be hosting our Car Wash Fundraiser to support our team in raising funds for travel, lodging, and meals for an upcoming tournament!

For your generous contribution of $10, you will receive a complimentary car wash and a voucher for free queso or guacamole with the purchase of an entree.

Join us and show your support! You can even leave your car with us to enjoy your meal while we hand wash and dry the exterior for you!

Our Comptition Team will be hosting a fundraising event at two locations over the next two weekends. For a modest donation of $10, our team of volunteers will hand wash and dry your car.

Your generous contributions will help cover the costs associated with travel, accommodations, and meals for our esteemed fighters as they partake in an upcoming five-day tournament. Participants wil gain proficiency in the Thai cultural practice and martial art of Muay Thai, engaging in enjoyable physical fitness activities, and concluding with a provided lunch (morning session) or snacks and refreshments (afternoon session). INTERESTED IN SUMMER YOUTH CAMP? HOW ABOUT ONE THAT TEACHES YOUR CHILD THE MARTIAL ART AND CULTURE OF MUAY THAI?
Participants will engage in individual pad sessions with one of our experienced fighters. They will also gain insights into the rich culture and traditions of Thailand, particularly its national sport. Fun outdoor games will be organized, and the class will conclude with a delightful lunch or snacks, accompanied by refreshing beverages. An excellent method to ensure your children remain active through the summer!

Proceeds for this years June Summer Camp program for two weeks will go 100% towards our Competition Team to help ease the cost of travel, room, and meals at the TBA Classic- World Muay Thai Tournament at the end of the month!

The Competition team will be conducting classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from June 3rd to the 14th. Each class will run from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.

The cost would be $25 per child per session for drop-in, or $120 for six days of the 9:30 a.m. session, $110 for six days of the 12:30 p.m. session, or $200 for both sessions, allowing children to attend all sessions or mix and match times.

SESSION ONE: The 9:30 a.m. group will participate in Muay Thai, outdoor games, and have lunch and refreshments to end.

SESSION TWO: The 12:30 p.m. group will participate in Muay Thai, outdoor games, and have snacks and refreshments to end.

I've found solutions to several issues encountered by my students who were unable to initiate their registration because they could not pay for the 'Annual MDL Membership.' There are two important points to remember.
1) An adult must be included on the account when creating one for a child.
2) Additionally, if you or your child have not uploaded a profile picture and answered all the required questions, the system will not allow you to purchase an annual membership for yourself and/or your child, nor will it permit you to register.
