Sliders are another bar food that you can do better at home! This French Onion Dip Recipe is melt-in-your-mouth good and made extra special by the pretzel buns! But you can swap them out for whatever bun alternative you prefer.

INGREDIENTS

Pot Roast
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 beef chuck roast (about 3 lbs.)
- 2 tbsp French Onion Dip Mix 1 oz.
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Horseradish Sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Sliders
- 12 pretzel slider rolls or mini French rolls
- 6 slices Havarti or Swiss cheese, cut into quarters

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat the oil in the Rockcrok® Dutch Oven over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes.
2. Coat the roast with the dip mix on all sides. Sear the roast until well browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
3. Add the onion, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Cover and transfer to the Rockcrok® Digital Slow Cooker Stand and set to LOW for 8 hours. Cook until the beef is fork-tender and shreds easily.
4. Meanwhile, whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. When the timer is up, shred the beef in the pot.
6. To serve, place 2 squares of cheese on each of the bottom buns. Top with pot roast, onions, and a drizzle of the sauce. Serve with a side of juice for dipping if you’d like.

If you're a 'wing it' cook, you might find baking to be a challenge. It took me a while to get the hang of it. One of the things that helped me was having the right tools to measure everything exactly!

Where's your favorite place to grab a burger? Do you think you could replicate your favorite burger at home?

"Dining In" has become a big trend over the past 2 years! We have enjoyed upping our at home burger game! The secret to a juicy burger is fat! There's no way around it 🤷‍♀️ This recipe mixes breakfast sausage with ground beef, and is what we consider an "in moderation" recipe. So next time you're craving a restaurant-style burger - give it a try!

INGREDIENTS
Burgers
½ lb bulk breakfast sausage
¾ lb ground beef
1 tsp Black Truffle & Herb Seasoning
Oil for greasing
Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp Black Truffle & Herb Seasoning
Buns & Toppings
4 slices Swiss, Havarti or white cheddar cheese
4 seeded burger buns
1 tomato, sliced
Romaine lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the burger ingredients in the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer fitted with the scraping be**er and MIX for 45 seconds.
2. Use the Extra-Large Scoop to add 2 scoops (¼ cup each) to a greased Burger Press. Repeat until you have 4 patties.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
3. Brush the 12" Cast Iron Grill Pan Skillet with oil and preheat over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
4. During the last minute of cooking, add the cheese slices to each patty. Remove the patties from the pan.
5. Toast the buns inside the pan for 1-2 minutes or until light grill markings appear.
6. To serve, spread 1-2 tbsp of the sauce on the bottom bun. Top with the burger, tomato, and lettuce.
