Decided to "up size/upgrade". The first slates we did were a quick decision based on a vision. But afterwards I instantly regretted the diamond being larger than the name. And, I really just thought they'd look better, bigger. Sadly, we've had to add a few names, but our hope and goal is that every name that is on a slate is remembered well, and thought of often.
If you know other pool players that should be on this wall, please message me privately so I can get them added.

(Thank you to Ryan at Liberty Laser Design for the great job on these)

Ask Google....
What does it mean to pay tribute to someone?

to honor and praise
: to honor and praise (someone) We gather here today to pay tribute/homage to a great person.

That is my vision of what the ERO game gear "All Tribute Tourney" will do, mean, and be.

It'll pay Tribute to those friends or teammates that have shot pool and that have passed before us. It's not always easy for everyone to have their own memorial tournament. starting with Eric, this is our answer to that.

If you have that player that has left us but still remains in our hearts and stories that you'd like to have remembered and pay tribute to for years to come, let me know and we can discuss the details.

The Tribute Slates will be displayed year round at the Family Fun Center and brought out each year to the future ERO game gear tournaments.

Zoey did such a great job from start to finish on this project. She will present at school next week her report on her experience.
I have to say on behalf of Roxanne and myself, THANK YOU Zoey and Tim for giving us the call and asking us to be a part of her project.
The ERO tournament was started for this very reason. To GIVE BACK.
Aside from the ERO tournament, ERO game gear allows us to do it in more ways, more often, helping more people.

Exceeding our goal and having some great people tell us to donate their stickers somewhere, combined Zoey raised $550 and 34 stickers that were left for kids between the Ronald McDonald house in Rochester, MN and sent to St Jude children's hospital.

THANK YOU to you ALL.

Watch and see what we do next to keep making a difference.

A moment of feeling appreciative of not only all the players and friends that have supported ERO game gear the past year and a half, but also different companies that have helped us do what we do by giving us great pricing, customer service and designs. Or should I say Dzine. ;)
If you liked the stickers we did with Zoey, and have an interest for yourself or your business, Dzinehq is the place to check out. Professional artist, and great service.

A HUGE THANK YOU and SHOUT OUT to all of you! With your help, we have reached our goal and are at $501.59 raised to send to St. Jude's children's hospital. Zoey thanks you, her parents thank you, ERO game gear thanks you!

There's not a better feeling in the world than helping others and YOU made it happen.

There are a few stickers left (about a dozen of each) if you haven't gotten yours yet. Those who bought today (Monday), I have yours set aside in individual envelopes to get to you.

Seriously though, you helped not only St. Jude's, but also an 11 year old make a difference in the charity of her choice.

Please, Like, Love, & share

Thanks

It's the final week! Zoey's class project ends Monday the 6th and we are so, so close.
ERO game gear set a goal of helping Zoey reach $500 raised for St. Jude's children's hospital. We are currently at $419.68 (as of Monday morning January 30th)

A NEW UPDATE...WE ARE AT 501.59 RAISED! (As of Monday night) ZOEY IS STOKED! THANK YOU ALL. YOU ROCK!

(If 26 more people order at least 2, we will hit our goal) (now 16 as of the update)

Here's what you get....
Choose one ($3.00)
Choose 2 ($5.00)
Choose all 3 ($7.00) best deal

(THESE WERE ALL INSPIRED BY ZOEY, along with her help in designing)

All profits go to St. Jude's

This final week, ERO game gear will even cover the postage to mail the right to your door!

It's a sad day for the ERO and the Hinton family. One of biggest, if not the biggest supporters of not only the ERO tournament, but also ERO game gear has passed. I can only imagine him and Eric catching up over a game of pool. George is loving just the opportunity to play his best game ever. Ya see, it doesn't matter who's better and who's best in the end. It matters who you get to play the game with. George Hinton and his wife Rachel were at EVERY ERO tournament, donated and smoked the pork for close to half of the tournaments, enjoyed raffles, donating to the silent auction, and always, always, getting the apparel and wearing it proudly. He was the brains/idea, and maker of the ERO swizzle sticks as well. He had a heart of gold and giving.
I know personally, I will miss George and think of him often. Whether it's him calling me and asking me questions about this Meucci cue, or that one, this tip, or that one...(I really love that he thought I knew more than I did). But I know it was really because he respected other people and their opinions and he soaked it all in to learn so he could be more involved with the pool players.
Hang with me here....
I met George when I moved to Lewiston in 7th grade. We became great friends. It was sad though, because I just moved there, met him, became friends and then in a few short months, he moved. I really didn't know where. This was a time before Facebook, before cell phones, and before our drivers license. We didn't get reconnected until Eric passed. When I found out him and Eric and many others hung out together some in Rollingstone and he went to Winona schools. We easily became friends again. Both grown up and different but George was always one I could count on to talk to.
I'll end this for now, the same way he would end a lot of our conversations....

Go get em' kid.

13 days! That's all that is left between now and February 5th when we calculate how much $$$ the Zoey Stickers raised for a donation to St. Jude's children's hospital.
Currently at $407.52.

LET'S SEE IF WE CAN GET THIS TO $500!!??!!

1)Please "like" & "share" and "tag" all of your pool friends

2) did you order yours?
$3 for the first sticker, $2 for additional stickers
(Add $1 if needing to be mailed)

Contact ERO game gear through messenger, or Tim Hyke, or Jeremiah Prigge to get your stickers ordered.

(Jeremiah will have these available at the MOMA tourney this weekend)

Great for adding to...
cue cases, checkbook covers, tumblers, computer towers/laptops/iPad covers/phone cases or even the corner of your pool table. :)

Thank you, we appreciate all your support.

Photos from ERO game gear's post 14/01/2023

Seriously.... One of my favorite things about the pool community is the support of course, but actually seeing the ERO tournament and ERO game gear products and designs displayed and worn is the Ultimate "feels good".

Thanks Sam for letting ERO game gear occupy some space on your case. Looks great!

(These ERO game gear stickers done by Zoey are only available for a limited time....once they're gone, they're gone. Profits from stickers sold through February 5th go to St. Jude)
Message myself, Tim Hyke, or ERO game gear to find out how to get yours!)
