One week from tomorrow is our competition. It’s sneaking up on us fast y’all come on out and have a good time with us. FAT BABY will have her war face on cooking brisket and Boston butt hopefully for the win. Also our youngest team member Tommy Green turns 15 and will be pulling the old girl down there. We set up on Friday cook through the night and serve on Sunday. We start serving the public at 11 wrist bands are $15. We look forward to seeing y’all BIG CHEEZY BBQ thanks you for your support.

Last year in October we entered our very first
bbq competition! We took home 2nd place! This year we are hoping to be bringing home 1st!!! We will be selling some butts to pay the
entry fee and the supplies needed for the
competition!! As everyone knows leroy does this
for a hobby and he loves it!!! We usually do this
to help out teams for fundraisers!!! So if you
would like to buy one the price is $40 and the
money is due oct 15th. They will be ready for

When we started doing bbq my father-in-law was my biggest fan and supporter. We have decided to change the name in honor of him. His nickname was cheezy and he always stood by my side when I was barbecuing. It was a huge honor to have known and to have loved him. And we know every time we fire the rig up he is there with us and now his name is too
