A little bit of kindness goes a long way!!!

So useful!

This is what gets me through the day sometimes. It’s as simple as reminding myself to breathe and keep going.

My ex brings that much chaos to my everyday that it is easy to forget how far I have come. Some days just feel like the mountain is too high to climb.

Multiple times a week he challenges me. I am forever over engineering things, just so I have a back up plan when he changes his mind over something. He has a total disregard for me and is forever trying to make me look bad in front of everyone, including our children.

He is now a stranger to me. Any feeling I had for him is long gone and it has been replaced by something that I can’t even describe. It’s not hate, it’s not hurt, it’s just nothing. He doesn’t even look the same physically to me. Now I know that sounds all kinds of crazy but he is not the same in any way.

So each day I find my way through. Each day I try not to let my worries control me and I find solutions to the chaos. I talk to my people and they remind me it will be okay.

Each day I remind myself to breathe and keep going. Each day I remind myself to stand strong, hold my head high and continue on my journey. I’ve got this and so do you x

This I know has been true for me.

Yep it certainly is time to let it go. Time to move into life 2.0 and see what the universe has in store for me. For a person who doesn’t really like change and moving out of her comfort zone, here I am on the precipice of a totally different life.
Within the next six months there will be a new job, new house in a totally different suburb, new school, a total relocation.
As much as it feels scary sometimes, I have outgrown my old life. I am no longer the woman I was and I am continuing to evolve. I can’t wait to see me.
I know my tribe will be there by my side the whole way and they will pick me up when I stumble. I love knowing they are there, but I also know I need to take some of these steps alone. I hold the belief that some of my best days haven’t happened yet and that keeps me going.
My new comfort zone will include all of those people and things I hold dear. It will be calm and fun and emotional and vulnerable and a place where I can finally be me. It will be my safe space with the people I call home. My new life will be without the chaos I have lived so far and I can’t wait.

My wife had a bleeding problem, she was almost losing her baby because of the bleeding and the pain, I took her to the hospital then she became fine, after a few days the problem started again when I took her to the hospital they said they to remove the baby because the mother womb will be damaged if he /she stays there.
