Today began my 30 for 30!
30 minutes (or more)of cardio for 30 days.
This is so easy for anyone to do and you don’t have to overthink it. I literally just walk during one of my meetings and that meets the goal. JOIN ME!
💡 You don’t want to let IT/THEM go because you’ve managed, maintained and even mastered the situation. Never mind the fact that it’s hurting you.
🤔It seems easier to stick it out than to simply say goodbye, but you don’t realize that the more you live with IT/THEM the more you lose. In other words you are choosing to feed dysfunction and give it life, while starving your destiny. At some point you lose the desire to or no longer have the strength to let IT/THEM go.
👂🏾 Listen, just because you have managed in a place doesn’t mean you were meant to stay there. In fact the work you put into making the dis functional, functional is filled with all the lessons and work ethic you need make your future even better. You have proved you’re strong, but apply that strength to what matters, what will create a better life what will really make you soar ✈️

This type of VICTORY is part of my story. I’m 15 months post a Total Right Hip Replacement (TRHR) and to be able to do this is no small accomplishment.
It’s not just the weight, but anyone that uses this (especially over 6ft tall) can attest this is the tightest machine in the gym to get into. This means I haven’t just gotten stronger, but my range of motion is the best it’s ever been 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Just one of those days. This morning I woke up and:
✅ Had my water
✅ Did my devotions by watching a worship service
✅ Drank my pre-workout shake
✅ Sipped my pre-workout
Got to the gym and working out was well…I got through my workout. I realized that though I felt pretty good, subconsciously I am dealing with the PAIN of this year, the PRESSURE of finishing this year strong and PLANNING for a successful next year. Anybody feel me?
⭐️ I’m proud of myself. I keep getting up and that’s HALF the battle. You can’t succeed if you don’t start. On the days you don’t feel it, Force it.💪🏾
