Transformation Tuesday
The me one the left in both of these photos is where I was at my heaviest and unhappiest. I was uncomfortable, depressed and unmotivated. This is how I was living through life for most of my life. I started my first “diet” at 13 or 14, maybe younger. People always talked about what I was eating and how much so I then hid what and when I ate. I failed over and over with all the diets I was ever on- I did them all.
Now, although I may hit bumps in the road or occasionally backslide a little, that’s normal. We’re all human. I have become someone who wants to deal with issues head on and become the best person I can be. The best part is I’m more confident; I get out of my comfort zone and I don’t care what people think. I’m not hiding anymore. Physically, I have a ways to go still and I will need support and accountability just like everyone else. Let’s do this together.
I get questions all the time so if anyone wants feel free to message me with how I did all this, or any questions at all. I know it’s hard to take the first step, or recalibrate so to speak. I’ll be waiting.

I’m not a big avocado person so I have to get creative! You can add half of an avocado to a shake and it thickens it like a milkshake. You can also add it to egg, tuna or chicken salad. Just mash it up with whichever you’re having. Avocado doesn’t have much of a taste but takes on the flavor of whatever it’s with.
