Hi! My name is Alayna Hielema, and it’s so nice to meet you!

I’m a birth doula located in Wausau, Wisconsin, and I’m a mama to a beautiful baby girl!
Ever since my own birth experience, I’ve felt called to help facilitate a change in the birth narrative.
I also enjoy reading, learning, singing, and binging Netflix 😉
