MB Classes and DIY Kits!!!

We’re excited to announce that we will now be offering classes at Kelly's Butterfly Boutique Studio in the Myrtle Beach Mall. So many of you have asked us about doing classes closer to your area. You asked...we listened!

Here we go again! We've got two new awesome classes! First, you can make two gorgeous fall-themed wood slices. Or, choose to come and make two beautiful beach-themed porcelain trays or spoon rests.
The trays/spoon rest classes will be offered Friday, August 30th and Friday, September 13th.
The pumpkin wood slices will be offered on Tuesday, September 10th.

So many of you have asked about us doing those three dimensional sea glass Christmas trees as a class and I’m gonna tell you why we don’t do them. Are they pretty? Yes! Are they popular? Yes! Could we do them? Yes! Will we? An emphatic no! Why?
Because they always fall apart! It doesn’t matter what kind of glue you use, they will fall apart and fast! So, even though we could make money doing them, we’re not going to. Because we want you, our friends and customers, to create something that will stand the test of time!

Local artist friends, there is a new market coming to Calabash next month. It will be a monthly market held on Saturdays in Calabash at Calabash Point Place. I've met with the owner and she is looking for artisans, produce vendors, and more. If you know someone who may be interested, please comment with photos of items that you create. Everything must be completely handmade or home grown. More to come...

We've just completed our schedule for the remainder of 2024. Our holiday classes are now live and available to book. We have a very limited number of classes in November and December as our Etsy shop gets very busy and we like to reserve plenty of time to spend with family during the holidays. Going to try something new! More rain coming tomorrow and I don’t have a class scheduled. So, I’m going to offer a pop up class at 3:00 tomorrow. Choose to make any piece for just $50! (Cash only.) You need to let me know by 10:00 tomorrow morning which piece you want to make. Choose a lantern, framed piece, poured piece, of one like the one shown in the photo. Comment here to hold your spot! We've just updated our website to include new classes in September! We've also made a few tweaks to the resin framed poured pieces to include black edging around the frame - making the colors really pop! And, we've added one more alcohol ink pumpkin class as the one scheduled in August is almost full. If you are interested in a class, we highly encourage you to register early as we are having a very busy season!

Coastal Christmas trees will be back as well! We will be scheduling those in the upcoming weeks.

Conducting a little poll…which of these would you rather make? They would be filled in with resin to look like stained glass like the last two shown.

It's here - our newest class! Choose to make the hummingbird or the sun/waves. This class is a bit more challenging than our resin pouring classes and is recommended for those that have used resin previously. The hummingbird is the more difficult of the two. We have this scheduled on two dates.
We've also added a one-night only class for our stunning alcohol ink wine glasses.
We anticipate each of these classes will sell out quickly as participation is limited to six people to ensure we can provide one-on-one instruction. Links to each class are below. As always, we appreciate your support!
