59 square Eagle flat tile install here in the one and only Rancho Santa Fe. We did the exact same install 2 houses up from this job in 2019. Out of all the Roofing companies in San Diego they chose us based on a good referral. We take pride in our work. We are thankful for every opportunity to create a thorough waterproofing system for our clients. This client opted to have their pre existing tile roof removed since it was a older lightweight system that would not be compatible with the solar installation they had scheduled. We disposed of the tile and installed a Storm Grey comp shingle blend. 🙏🏼☑️🔨

Beautiful ADU off Santa Fe highlands that we will be installing a Eagle s tile on. did a great job getting this erected and ready for final. did a great job on the Grading plan / Civil Engineering to make this Build a reality. Windows and stucco work coming up before final lay up.
