Our boy Kai guy had a day at the park this weekend at the Perfect Game September Showdown!

Kai batted over .700 for the day and received tournament Offensive MVP! Congratulations on the hard work you have been putting in. Now let’s get back to the lab, still more work to be done my guy!

If you/your athlete believe that playing is more important than training, take a few minutes and watch “Omaha Challenge” by Ole Miss baseball. These are MEN at the next level. Average player age in college baseball right now is 20-22 for UNDERCLASSMEN! College baseball has 25 year old seniors that 18 year old freshmen are going to leave their area and go compete against! Think about that!

The amount of weights being thrown around and type of challenges they are undertaking in this is insane! If you’re not in the weight room and on the track from early on in your athletic career (HS), this type of training will not only expose you, but BREAK you! Take a watch and see why you SHOULD go ahead and start your training ASAP to become more physical and explosive!

Offseason Hitting Program is for dedicated baseball and softball players!

Program will be focusing on skill specific training. Hitters will learn proper sequencing while also increasing their overall strength and explosiveness.

Each hitter will have an initial assessment using video, blast motion sensor, and HitTrax. At the conclusion of the program players will be reassessed and all data will be analyzed. Data will be compared with initial assessment data. Results will be available for each player to review. This program is designed for both baseball and softball hitters. 

** Only those players signed up for entire program will receive pre and post assessment data.
