My mom wanted me to fry her some cat fish today for her birthday.
I made some Potato pancakes with bacon bits. Also, the rest of the gefilte fish.
I made grilled pork chops with grilled sweet potatoes, and a salsa Verde sauce. I must say this was really good considering everything was cooked on a grill.
Did a shrimp cocktail
Had some Gefilte Fish and potato pancakes. I didn’t make the fish, I never had this before and I wanted to see what it taste like. I did make the potato pancakes.
I made a crab and shrimp tostada. If anyone sees me using fake crab, you can confiscate my chef’s card and that will be fine.
I did some great northern beans.
Surf and turf, crab and lobster with filet mignon. A meal fit for a King.
BLT, simple enough!
Did a grilled chicken breast salad.
I did a grilled Cajun shrimp salad.
I decided to have breakfast for dinner. I did some blueberry crêpes with blueberry cream cheese and bourbon maple syrup, Hope you like it.I

Did a Philly cheesesteak with onion rings. I didn’t like the way these onion rings came out, but Josh loved them.
When you buy your New York strip steak, get the bone-in, it has more flavor.
Third night of tacos, this time beef. Love, tacos here.
Made some cod fish tacos.
Did some shrimp tacos with sautéed onions.
I did a patty melt on marble rye with a lot of grilled onions.
Did some chicken tacos and a fruit salad.
