It's been a minute since I did a Peloton ride...but when I get back...you better believe it's a metal ride with from the archives!! I think that was my subconscious telling me to get the Metallica tickets and babysitter. 🤘💓

Never had ice cream for breakfast, but the Banana Loaded Croffle was awesome. Service was superb and it was conveniently located near our hotel. Yummy!

Maddie: You look like a woman who doesn't have kids.

Me: What does that mean?

JP: She means, you look like you had a lot of time to get ready.

Looking for family fun this weekend?

Join my friend and I at Potomac Day on Saturday October 23. We'll be set up near Sun Trust Bank at the corner of River Rd and Falls Rd. If you aren't walking in, you may want to park at Bank of America or Potomac Elementary School and walk over.

Food vendors, bouncy houses, petting zoo and parade. Parade is at 9 and we'll be at the book 10 AM -3 PM.

We'll have Spooktacular Kids Yoga, meditation and sparkling nails all day!
