Azure Haven at 136 Spruce Street Thomas, W.V. Constructed and owned by Edward Fulton. This is a short-term rental with easy access to the Purple Fiddle and all shops located in downtown Thomas. This rental sleeps four as it has a loft upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Establishment of Fulton Properties
Fulton Properties was established and is owned by Edward Fulton. I was born and raised in Hendricks, WV, a small town in Tucker County. I have lived in Tucker County for most of my life, besides a few years spent traveling due to being in the military. Prior to beginning this journey, I established a construction company - Fulton Construction. After 10 years of building and remodeling homes for others, I decided to begin building tiny homes in our beloved town of Thomas. I currently have one tiny home complete and located at 136 Spruce Street in Thomas, right behind the Purple Fiddle. I also constructed the tiny home beside of it, at 130 Spruce Street which is a short term rental as well. I am in the process of building another tiny home and remodeling some homes for long-term rentals. I still have my construction business and continue to build and remodel for others.
