You get all the things this week: Beach yoga, beer yoga, stand up paddleboard yoga. You do not have to register for beach yoga. We have each other every single day on Amelia Island. My schedule this week is only Monday and Friday. Our beach yoga instructors volunteer their time to provide you with an amazing beach experience donations are appreciated.
