Part Two - Adventures in July
The day after exploring Saugerties & going on the river cruise I decided on a solo adventure to find the new doves on the Sullivan County Dove Trail. I saw 8 doves, making a total of 76 since I started that journey.

After Saugerties, two of my friends & I took a cruise on the Upper Hudson River.

Part One - Adventures in July
Since I have two summer Fridays in the month of July I chose to spend the first one with friends exploring downtown Saugerties, NY to see Groovin Around Saugerties in the afternoon. Here are the first 10 out of 37 Groovin Buses.

Sunday morning with my Reiki & Healing Circle group. So grateful they came out today & honored to be part of their journey.

Happiness is...spending time with these ladies who have been faithfully attending the Healing Circle I facilitate at the Ridgefield Park Public Liberty. Working together to raise our vibration and continue expanding the ripple effect of human consciousness.

18 years...18 years ago I took a gigantic leap of faith and walked away from an unsupportive, controlling relationship in the hopes of a better life for me & my son. Since then, I have been tested & challenged more times that I can count. However, here I am...finally reaching adulthood & grateful for absolutely EVERYTHING that has transpired because without those experiences I would not be who I am today and on the cusp of making all my dreams come true. Stay tuned...big news on the horizon :)

This is why I do what I do & why I love doing it. Anything else just does not resonate with my core values and causes internal conflict. Hence why I must keep transitioning into my true purpose on this planet... which is to help others.

This decision is one of the hardest things you will ever have to do, especially when you really care & love someone. Someone who is in pain and consumed with immense grief. However its impossible to always be there for someone who is not there for themselves. Who refuses to do the work to heal. Who is stuck in victim mentality. It's tough to walk away but it's necessary because by staying you are just enabling them to stay stuck, which keeps you stuck.

Working on big picture stuff & this just popped up. Thank you universe for the gentle reminder.
