Home workout ! A nice little finisher to add into your workout! This helps a ton to focus on your breathing after doing a strong and spicy cardio move. The pop squats will burn the quads and the lungs. While the bird dog slows your heart rate down and resets your core. Try this out in your next workout to finish your day off strong ! 💪🏼⚡️

Are you trying to become a morning workout person but just can’t seem to get out of bed? Here are some awesome tips that will help get you out of bed and into the gym! My favorite tips are having my clothes ready, drinking a big glass of water, and convincing myself how good I’m going to feel after.

Why do we keep hearing the term Progressive Overload? Because it helps us grow muscles, get stronger, and feel bad ass all while keeping control and great form through our movements. We implement this in our programs to ensure our clients are growing muscles and growing their confidence !
As said in the video there are many different ways to implement progressive overload in your training programs. You want to first of all, keep the same program for a 4-6 weeks before switching exercises and doing a new plan. From there you can play around dependent on your goals. We can adjust the sets, reps, weights, tempo and rest periods. So as you can see there are many options to prevent you from plateauing in your training !

Can everyone give our girl a huge “KILLLING IT👏🏼” for this progress. Not only do you see the physical change but the mental and emotional EVOLUTION of this woman is absolutely incredible! Like she says, she never thought she would share these pictures! But she knows she has worked incredibly hard to learn and grow everyday. She knows she has an amazing body that allows her to do all the things she loves. She has found a lifestyle that she enjoys and feel confident in while also enjoying the best parts of life !! She has trusted us with her journey and to say that she has brought us coaches to tears a couple times is an understatement. Thank youuuuu Megg for everything you do and for the brightest light that shines on everyoneeee !!!

Instead of shooting for 100% every week, focus on small consistent habits. We like to start with 3-4 at a time and then add one each week.
⚡️Start off with drinking your water and getting at leasttt half your Bodyweight in ounces. ⚡️Get moving, whether it be a workout, a walk, biking, yoga, just keep your body moving each day. ⚡️Add more veggies to your diet. Find ways to sneak veggies in each meal, and please feel free to season them when cooking! Start here and then build up. If you need a buddy we are here to help
