I met Billy in the 90s at a bluegrass camp and played with him over the years in many different situations including many nights with StrungOver, Harmony Grits. etc. I'd say he's worked harder at the music than anyone I know to become one of the top dog dobro/resophonic guitar players exploring all kinds of music forms. If you haven't heard his current band project, Lovers Leap check them out! They're gigging a lot too!
