Another full day of axe throwing at the 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard Family Day on JBER today! Couldn't beat the view, even with a little rain here and there! We love being able to support our heros and give back to the military community!

Had an awesome day at Alaska Aircraft Cylinders 1st Annual Fly In/ Drive In BBQ! Already looking forward to the second annual!

We made it to Arctic Man yesterday! Service is spotty at best so we will make a photo dump Monday. We are right before the beer tent, next to our great friends Hydrate Alaska! Stop by and throw with us this weekend!

Thank you to everyone who came to throw with us on our last day, especially for our tournament!! Couldn't have asked for a better way to close out this chapter, you all are what made it so worthwhile these last two years.
We are humbled and privileged to have been part of something that brought fun and enjoyment to so many people!

It seems poetic that after two years and numerous tournaments, that I would finally come out on top with the win. There were close matches all day long and everyone was throwing well. Came down to a tied match and Killshots for the win against the formidable Tyler Butler, but I hit the last killshot, on the last throw in our last tournament. 🎯🪓💪🏻

It might be our last day but, you'd hardly notice! Hosting a full tournament for all our league members today! Pizza from Knik Pizza, axe throwing with our axe family and having a great time! Still have lanes available for walk ins or call us and reserve one, we are open until 8pm tonight!

Getting ready to open on our last Saturday! Come throw with us one last time this weekend! We will still have neon throwing tonight as well after 7pm!

We a lot of thought and consideration, we have made one of the toughest decisions to close down the axe house. We know times are hard for a lot of people and businesses, not just us. Usually with summer coming, things start to pick up for small local businesses but for us it is the opposite. We have been a lot slower this winter than anticipated and with our slow season approaching, we can not reasonably see a way to maintain in our current location. While we wish we could give everyone a longer notice, our final day for customers will be this coming Sunday April 16th. We will still be operating and taking bookings for the mobile axe trailer this summer and have our booth at the Alaska State Fair this fall. We will continue to evaluate our position and keep our options open to move into a smaller venue, one that better fits the amount of reservations we have been seeing for the last 6-8 months. The few bookings we have after the 16th will either be refunded in full or can rebook to sometime this week. We will reach out to each of you personally.

It has been our utmost pleasure to serve the valley and be part of such a wonderful small business community! This is not goodbye, hopefully just a temporary adjustment! We can't thank everyone enough for all the support you have given us the last two years and we hope to continue to offer a fun and exciting activity for you in the future!
