Finished up this project for a customer. Wanted me to weld up a hitch for his mobile home so someone can come pick it up. Someone cut the hitch off with a torch years ago. Uphill welding with 2 different types of rods. Might not be shining but it was. Made 2 Uphill passes .
Repaired a ramp for a horse trailer that fell off during a trail ride event. Didn't have time to get before pictures or really after pictures. Customer needed to get back to rodeo events. Here some pictures of me working on it. The ramp was holding up with a tractor so I can tack it up on the sides and down the middle. Welded corners and every 4 inches with a 1 inch weld. Alot of welds but when the ramp weight is heavy and there horses weigh 1200 pounds. Its better to have to many welds than hardly any welds lol
Repaired a gate that hides the trash dumpster at a business store.

Did a hard welding project for my girlfriend's business. customer wanted a socket/wrench on her stainless steel cup as a handle. Had to pull out the special tig rod.

Was a subcontractor on this pipe fence. Due to the welding done before hand from a pipe liner. Took 2 days to fix his problems and finished the fence
Replace this divider for fertilizer to fall onto the spindles instead onto the ground. Couldn't use my tig because of tight place. Had to use my stick with aluminum rod.

Didn't even use aluminum wire. It had cracks, peeling, held on by 6 zip ties and wasn't leveled. Last picture I did with tig the pictures of the welded ones is from someone else who used a mig

Welded up a new fence around small garden made a potato or vegetable stand, made a stand for the metal chicken, hang gate and fixed a gate.
Finished repairing a trailer that a customer needed done. Added 2 Tow chains, 2 side replaced, some crack welds, added trailer sleeves.
Finished up a tig job today for a guy.
Aluminum livestock trailer gate was bent, torn apart and found some areas that the welds were cracked from someone else welding it. Remember pretty welds crack too.

3g test on mig and flux core had to pass to get a certificate from college.
My 4g test I had to take for stick welding in college to get a certificate.
Welded a new hitch and safety chain for my dad.
