Private Pastry Business Pint Sized Pastry is the brainchild of Michelle Gargasz.
Michelle earned a Bachelors Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2010 from Johnson & Wales University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Michelle has received numerous awards for her work and is active in the Providence restaurant community.
