For Team Workouts #1 & #2, one partner must be touching the wall at all times. If one partner isn’t touching the wall, no reps will be counted. All reps may be split however you would like.
For this workout, one team member will start on the wall and the other will start on the rower. Feet can be in the straps, but hands must be on your legs. You must remain on the rower until all 500m are complete.
For the dumbbell thrusters, you may squat clean the first rep. The rep is complete when the hips, knees, shoulders and elbows are all extended. Do NOT drop the dumbbells. If you do, a :30 penalty will be assessed.
For the box jump overs, a 2 foot takeoff is required and the rep is complete when you arrive on the other side of the box. You do not have to stand up all of the way. If the athlete’s hands touch the box, a no rep will be given. If a no rep is given, the athlete must return to the side of the box that the rep was started on.
For step overs, both of the athlete’s feet must be on the top of the box at the same time. If the athlete’s hands touch the box, a no rep will be given. If a no rep is given, the athlete must return to the side of the box that the rep was started on.
Athletes will start on the rower. Feet can be strapped in, but the oar must be parked. Hands may not be in the oar.
On 3-2-1-Go, athlete will row 20 cals (15 cals for females). The athlete must remain on the rower until the total number of calories is achieved.
The athlete will then move to toes to bar. We will have J cups or pegs available for athletes to reach the bar. Both of the athlete’s feet must touch the bar at the same time and travel behind the pull-up bar in the hanging position. Scaled athletes will perform hanging knee raises. Knees must rise higher than the hip crease and few must travel behind the bar in the hanging position.
After the athlete finishes all 15 reps, they will move to the step overs. All athletes will hold 2 dumbbells. They can be held hanging or resting on the shoulders. They may not rest on the legs. When the athlete steps up, both feet must be on the top of the box at the same time before stepping down. The rep is credited when both of the athlete’s feet are on the other side of the box. The athlete does NOT have to fully stand on the top of the box.
The athlete will repeat 2 more rounds of the above movements.
There is a 12:00 time cap for this workout.
For this workout, individuals will start on the wall. At 3-2-1-Go, athletes will move to the rig and perform 21 pull-ups or ring rows, then to the wall for 21 handstand push-ups or hand release pushups, and then onto their jump ropes for 50 double unders or single unders.
Upon completing the jump ropes, athletes will return to the rig and perform 15 pull-ups or ring rows, then to the wall for 15 handstand push-ups or hand release pushups, and then onto their jump ropes for 50 double unders or single unders.
Upon completing the 2nd round of jump ropes, athletes will return to the rig and perform 9 pull-ups or ring rows, then to the wall for 9 handstand push-ups or hand release pushups, and then onto their jump ropes for 50 double unders or single unders.
This workout has a 12:00 time cap.
