Yesterday evening we had an awesome time celebrating the wedding of Corey and Haylee! It was a great time and we dearly enjoyed seeing so many friends. Congratulations and thank you so much for letting us be a part of your special day!

Last night we had the opportunity to provide the food for the Dill wedding at Nesmith Farms. It was a great evening and we are so thankful to be able to be a part of it. Congratulations Christian and Nikki!!

Tonight completed the “hat trick” on our three event weekend. We wrapped things up with the Carbon Hill Middle School athletic banquet. It was great to see all of the young athletes recognized for their hard work and dedication. Congratulations!!

Tonight was number 2 of 3 with a rehearsal dinner at The Barn at Coleman farms. Smoked pork loin, green beans, and mashed potatoes was the order of the evening. A big thanks to the Tubbs family for having us out!

Last night started a three day stretch of events for us with the Carbon Hill High School prom. It was a great night and we were so honored to be a part of it. Everyone looked amazing! We would like to thank everyone for all of the kind compliments and allowing us to be a part of a great evening.

We had the privilege of serving at another beautiful wedding this evening. Congratulations to Andrew and Morgan! Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your big day!

Last night we had the privilege and honor to serve at the retirement ceremony of Air Force Master Sergeant Jason Drummond. It was a truly awesome ceremony. Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of it and thank you for your years of service to our country.

Yesterday we had the wonderful opportunity to serve for the Curry High School’s football banquet. It was a great afternoon for everyone to show their appreciation for the hard work these young men and young ladies put in throughout the year. As always, it was great seeing old friends and classmates from years past. Thank you so much for letting us be there. Thank you so much to all of the young folks for all of your hard work and congratulations on your accomplishments.

A little over a week ago, Feb. 17th, we had the pleasure of serving for the wedding of Jed and Chrissy Cordell at The White Barn venue near Dora, Alabama. This was our first time catering here and it was a very nice place for a wonderful couple. It was great seeing old friends and making new ones as always. Congratulations Jed and Chrissy and thank you so much for allowing us to be a pert of your special day.

We had a wonderful time last night at NeSmith Farm for the reception for Payton and Lynlee Key. There was a great crowd of folks and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing many old friends and making new ones. It was the largest wedding reception we’ve done thus far. Congratulations Payton and Lynlee and thank you so much for letting us be a part of your special day.

This past weekend we had a great time serving the Carbon Hill athletic banquet at Leatherwood farms. This was our biggest service yet with 300 plates prepared. Thank you so much to Carbon Hill athletics for allowing us to be a part of your special evening.

Come by the shop tomorrow evening to see me! Mrs. Claus and I will be there handing out treats to all the good boys and girls.

Today we were privileged to provide the food for the annual Sleepy Hollow Farm Christmas party. We had a wonderful time seeing many friends and making new ones. Santa was on hand and was making sure everyone stayed off the naughty list. Thank you so much for having us and letting us be a part of this wonderful day.

We had the pleasure to serve another beautiful wedding at Nesmith Farms yesterday!! Grilled chops and smoked chicken was the order of the day. Congratulations to Corey and Emma and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day!

Happy Veterans Day ! This was my grandfather Frank Watts who served as part of a bomber crew during WWII. These pictures were taken on the Tinian Islands where he was stationed at the end of the war. Thank you to all who have served!

Another wonderful wedding reception in the books! It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple. Congratulations Abby and Riley and thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of it!

Friday we once again had the privilege to feed the football players , cheerleaders, band members , and coaches at Curry high school. Thanks to everyone for having us out and all the wonderful compliments on the food!!

Last night we were privileged to provide the food for the Indian Creek Youth Camp benefit dinner. It was great to see so many old friends from camp. Indian Creek is a wonderful place where I made so many childhood memories. Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of this great event .

Friday we had the opportunity to feed the football players at Carbon Hill High School thanks to the good folks at Restoration Church in Carbon Hill. It’s always great to see all the young men and coaches. Thank you for having us !!

Yesterday we received our first inspection for a score since being issued a food permit. I wasn’t exactly sure what expect since this was my first so I was nervous say the least. We received a 96!!! I had 2 deductions and neither were food related. I’m very happy . 😁

We had an awesome time at Leatherwood farms this evening celebrating a new couple. Congratulations to Lizzie and Sam and thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your wedding.

We really enjoyed helping serve the kids today! Thank you for letting us be a part of it.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to see us this weekend at Hillfest!! The support was overwhelming to say the least. To everyone that came by later each day we would like to apologize. We sold out very quickly each day. We had no idea we would have such a large turnout from everyone. Your support and encouraging words mean the world to us. We hope to do more public events like this in the future. Again, thank you so much!
