The Most Hated Man in Real Estate: Social Media Marketing Edition!
I am currently the most hated man in the real estate industry by everyone except for the agents. The so called marketing gurus, the photographers and the brokers all hate me and that’s because not only am I calling them out for taking advantage of the agents but also not giving you guys the support that you need. You see, 85% of agents don’t make it past their first five years and I feel that it’s because of a lack of support with their marketing and branding as well as being taken advantage of by the gurus, social media marketing companies and even the photographers. I know that these statements are going to make me a target but I really don’t care. I spent over a decade in the real estate industry creating content. I photographed over 9,000 homes, created over 2,000 real estate videos and ran countless campaigns to help my real estate family sell houses. We built my company on a one simple principle and that was we were going to take care of them as best we could. When we added aerial videos to our package, we didn’t charge them an extra dime. When we added Zillow 360 tours to our package, we didn’t charge them an extra dime. When we added day to dusk photos, we didn’t charge them an extra dime. In fact, over a ten year period, we raised our spices a total of $45 and that was because of inflation issues and lets be honest, we all have to eat. We also made sure that we gave them the absolute best customer service and took care of them like family!
