This is the manager's house at our hotel in Amanda Park (Quinault). It's not super obvious in the first two photos (before), but the roof was very wavy under the weight of 2 layers of shingles. It had developed a couple of leaks in recent years, and it was just time for an upgrade. We tore everything off down to the 2x2 and 2x1 trusses. I can't believe they used to build homes like this. We upgraded the trusses to 2x6 and raised the pitch with a 2x12 down the beam. We ordered black metal panels and will get that installed in the next couple weeks.

We sold this beautiful Bremerton home a few weeks ago and we are so excited for our friends! They poured their hearts into this flip and right at the turn of the market is when we listed. Interest rates made things harder on buyers, so she took a little longer to find her next owner, but by golly we got it done! This house was perfect for another investor to purchase as a multi-family home and that's exactly what happened. Here's to the next one! Congrats guys!

Multiple offers came in for this amazing Bremerton home over the weekend, our buyers selected one, and we were officially under contract Jan 1! What a way to start the new year on day 1 of 2023. This is going to be a great year, we can feel it!

This has some really good information about our current housing market. For those of you renters who have been wanting to buy but holding your breath for another bubble to burst, I hope you have really good lungs cause that isn't happening any time soon.
