My phones have been ringing off the hook, clients asking about flood insurance and if its covered under a standard homeowner's insurance policy. The answer is NO! All the events occurring in your life right now will eventually be surpassed by better events in the future. The best is not yet here, but it will arrive at some point in the future.

We must set an example and implement the right kind of changes in order to make the world a beautiful place. In other words, if we want to see a change in a place we should be the one do it first for ourselves.

One of the best engagements of Christmas is decorating the Christmas tree. Since ages, is believed to bring cheerfulness, positivity and the spirit of optimism in the otherwise soulless, dull and dreary weather of the winter season.

Set a goal and keep on walking towards it in order to achieve it, but at the same time, make sure that you notice things that you already have so that you do not end up losing them altogether.

Yoga has changed my life, everyone is different and I believe there is a form of exercise for everyone. Yoga has trained me to stay calm in high heat and stress environments. To not react to my environment and to empower myself. Yoga all the way baby!

What form of exercise or physical activity are you most thankful for?

As a kid growing up, my social circles all listened to rap, hip-hop and R&B. This was my type of music! As I have gotten older, I have really grown to appreciate the music my parents listened to, particularly my dad.

When I am having an off day I throw on some classic rock and roll, and it brings me back to the comfort of being a kid. I would have to say I highly appreciate Rock and Roll and the times it has gotten me through.

What musician or type of music are you most thankful for?

If you are grateful for what you have, your focus is gratitude, and you will more easily see other ways to be grateful, and you will find more opportunities to express your gratitude. You may not get a lot more ‘stuff,’ but you will most certainly appreciate it more, and enjoy your life.

I am most grateful for the Farmers Market, great organic produce, I have an opportunity to support smaller local businesses and the overall culture, environment and experience is amazing. Not only good meats and produce but the hot food from local vendors is AMAZING! Thank you Terra Linda Farmers Market and vendors for being available every Sunday.

Here I am, standing in line for the well worth Brickmaiden Bread out of Pt Reyes. Have you tried them yet? Let me tell you, this line could be around the block and it would be worth the wait. My favorite all time loaf is the fig and fennel mmmmmmmmmm!!!
