Some of these individuals are refuges from mozambique.
There are also known cases of individuals who have lost their documents but couldn't get a replacement.
Because of no documentation, these indigens can't get a job, benefit from government benefits or even send their kids to school because they also have no documents.
Every Child deserves the right to Education, the United Nations is working alongside the Zimbabwean government to identify these individuals and provide them with the proper documentation.
