Thank you First Lady Blanca Arzate for being an amazing Bishops Wife and leading with such purpose and wisdom. IABC of West Texas District celebrated the graduation class of 2023 on the accomplishments of Associates and Bachelors degree in Theology! We applaud each and everyone of the graduates for this success!
At the same time we honored Pastor Armando Acosta for 19 years of service as Director of the IABC of West Texas, and for his accomplishment of Doctorates in Ministry. Many lives have been positively impacted by the ministry and leadership of this man of God. God bless you always, Pastor Armando Acosta!
