WHAT WE DO:
As a Professional EOS Implementer® I help entrepreneurs get TRACTION® in their businesses with a proven set of practical tools for getting the right PEOPLE in the right SEATS solving the right ISSUES once and for all, with the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS).

HOW WE DO IT:
My 450+ colleagues and I have successfully conducted over 130,000 full day sessions with more than 13,000 privately held businesses worldwide, helping them to get three essential things:

- VISION, by getting their leadership teams 100% on the same page with where the business is going and how it's going to get there,
- TRACTION, by becoming more disciplined and accountable on executing that Vision, and
- HEALTHY, so they can function as a cohesive, productive, happy team!

MY JOURNEY:
When I was a kid, we had an awful lot of family / business dinners, so I got the “business bug” early on. I fought it at first by becoming and lawyer AND a banker, but I always had much more in common with my clients than my colleagues, so it was only a matter of time before I got off the sidelines and into the game. My first couple of ventures didn’t go so well, but then I partnered with a client to launch a B2B software company, which we founded, funded, grew, and successfully sold to the second largest automotive auction in North America.

At that point, I realized that what I had enjoyed most during those years was the coaching I'd done along the way. So, since then, I’ve helped dozens of leaders in organizations large and small to build better teams, better businesses and, hopefully, better lives for everyone involved. When I discovered EOS, I knew I’d found the horse I wanted to ride in on to help entrepreneurs take their businesses by the horns – so that THEIR family dinners wouldn't have to be business dinners quite so often.
