I don’t think many people understand that discipline isn’t given.. it’s taught through struggle and sacrifice.
How do you think these pro bodybuilders/physique competitors do it? They sacrifice a social life, eating whatever seems pleasing, drinking (which is terrible for your goals) and most importantly; time. Put in the time to work and push through the process.
If this s**t was easy… everyone would be fit and healthy.
Get up. Write down your goals. Don’t stop chasing them.
