🍂First up "Fall in love at the Farm" open house 9/10 3p-5p est at Flat Top Mountain Farm

Almost 100 years ago little Dayton, TN hosted "The Trial of the Century" The Scopes Trial was the first publicly broadcasted court case in US and its legacy is why Dayton is dubbed "Monkeytown"

The Rhea Heritage Preservation Foundation is having its 34th annual Play and Festival this weekend. We have been invited and are very excited to give historic horse-drawn Carriage tours of the predominate sites along the Scopes Trial Trail. Many of the sites are still in mint condition from 1925. Dayton became a circus during the trial and it will be again tomorrow July 15th from 11am-4pm.
See you all at the Rhea County Courthouse for a memorable time!

$10 for adults
$5 kids (10yr and under)

Loading/ pick-up zone at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home Inc. (1 block north of the festival barricade at hwy 30 intersection):

Friday, May 12th 2p-5p
Saturday, May13th no rides (unfortunately, too hot for the horses)
