Responsibilities :
• Develops, consistently monitors, and adjusts sales goals to achieve company objectives.
• Host weekly meetings with sales team
• Participate in door to door sales
• Schedule appointments and close deals
• Actively seek out potential customers through networking
• Foster teamwork that drives motivation and retention
• Assist the Regional manager with recruiting and interviewing for sales team positions.
