What a glow up! We transformed the second master bathroom of the Disney Dream Villa and the change is wild! (The first pic is what it looked like before.) We removed the tub and instead placed a shower with a bench and handlebars to make the bathroom disability accessible. We also replaced the vanity, mirror and toilet, and even upgraded the towel bars and toilet paper holder! This project has been in the works for a month and we are beyond thrilled with how it turned out!

We recently just remodeled a vacation home in Kissimmee, and YA’LL! Check out that glow-up! All the bedrooms have brand new flooring, the bathrooms were completely revamped, the kitchen received newly painted cupboards, a counter refresh and backsplash, and the whole house got brand new furniture, appliances and a fresh coat of paint! We are looking for some painters and those who can do framework to join the Mid-Dakota Handyman crew! We are looking for people who will be able to start work immediately and meet the following qualifications:

*Has experience painting whole rooms, trim, doors, ceilings, exteriors of houses, etc.

*Has experience doing framework and adding sheet-rock, as well as adding wall texture.

*You must have a reliable vehicle for commuting to jobs.

*You must be able to reliably commute to jobs, as all of our job sites are in different parts of Central Florida.

*We would prefer that you have your own tools for the job.

We’re looking for a responsible adult who wants to work for Mid-Dakota Handyman and Cleaning! We’re looking for a part time cleaner for some of our bigger cleaning jobs. These include deep cleanings, post-construction cleaning, and, when applicable, short term rental cleaning. You will not be working alone, but rather with the family as a team! Here are some requirements for the position:

*You must be 21 or older to apply.
* You must know how to drive and have your own reliable vehicle for transportation.
*There is no smoking or drinking allowed while on the job under no circumstances.
* You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
*You must be able to work well with others. Again, you will be cleaning with a group of cleaners.
* For the time being, you MUST wear a mask on the job. This is a precaution we take due to COVID-19, and to coincide with the rules and recommendations of the CDC, we are doing our part by wearing masks on the job, as well as gloves and shoe covers. We will provide masks, gloves and shoe covers, along with all the cleaning supplies and equipment.
* You must live within The Four Corners of Central Florida, to make commute easier.

Your starting wage will be $12 an hour, with the possibility of a raise after 90 days of service. If you are interested, give us a call at 701-570-8434. We will conduct over-the-phone interviews at this time, and if hired, will meet you in person on your first cleaning job.
