This 10 year old stucco was in great condition. We power washed primed and applied.
1 coat of loxon masonry primer.
2 coats of Top quality masonry paint.
Jobs like this come with a 7 year warranty for chipping cracking or fading.

Do you need a fresh cost of stucco?
Lets talk about quality of work. Here we are embedding fiber mesh. The wall was previously power washed then we apply a yelllow pva glue.
The pva glue helps bond our new coat of stucco to the previous surface. Always use pva glue when applying stucco to a painted surface. The fiber mesh helps to control craking in the future. That way we can guarantee a crack free product!
