We hope you all had a great Christmas with family and friends! As we enter 2024 tomorrow, we are reflecting on what an amazing year 2023 was for us. This year was the best one yet for the band; we had the opportunity to play 35 fantastic shows and meet some great people along the way. By far, the highlight of the year was watching Sam perform a guitar solo in front of over 60,000 people at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, a high that we still have not come down from.

We cannot do what we do without the support of our friends, family, and fans and we can’t thank you all enough! We will be taking a short hiatus over the remainder of winter, but we will be back in spring with some big shows; announcements coming soon!

We hope you all have a fantastic new year and will see you in 2024!

JANUARY SHOW UPDATES

Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts our January shows at Rhythm City Casino and Riverside Casino & Golf Resort have been cancelled. We apologize to our Quad Cities fans, we know it's been a while since we've played there but we will find a way to make it up to you!

As for Riverside, the good news is that we have a new date of March 8th 2024. Mark your calendars for that date and keep an eye on our page for more Winter/Spring 2024 show announcements!

We get asked at almost every show what we are drinking on stage when we perform. Sólás H2O is an Iowa based, 100% pure canned water that keeps us hydrated throughout every show. Their mission is to reduce the amount of plastic bottles that end up in landfills and oceans with their aluminum recyclable cans.

Not only that, but 5% of gross profits from the purchase of each can go to the Make-A-Wish Iowa Foundation!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our family, friends, and fans that have supported us through the years as we grew as a band. This band started out as a small project, but it has grown in to something that we never would have guessed when we started just over 3 years ago. We could not have done it with out you and are incredibly thankful for you all!

Prairie du Chien! We made our debut in the city earlier this summer at The Blackhawk, and we are pumped to announce that we are coming back for one more party this year on Saturday December 16th! The show starts at 9:00pm, you won't want to miss it!

Mark your calendars Epworth! We will be making our debut in the town of Epworth on Friday November 24th at Locals Bar and Coffee at 8:00PM for the FIRST EVER concert at the venue! TICKETS-
You can still buy tickets until 7:00pm tonight, online or in person! We use the Ticketmaster platform for a smoother entry process. You should have been emailed a ticket, or you will have an eTicket in your email inbox. Bring your tickets and have them ready to go when you arrive. If for some reason you haven't received the email/tickets or you can't locate them, call/email/visit the Box Office to help you find them. SCHEDULE-
Doors open at 7:00pm. The Schmidt Brothers are on at 8:00pm, and the costume contest will take place around 10:00pm

Please note that this is more of a "stand up, wander around" type of event. There are NOT enough tables and chairs to allow everyone a place to sit. First come, first serve.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items.

DRINKS -
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase through the Doubletree bar stations in the event. We are not allowed to set or alter these prices. This is provided through the hotel, and is standard to any wedding or special function. Please tip your bartenders, they do a great job for us every year!

COSTUME CONTEST-
We always have lots of questions about the costume contest. Here are some details:
Contest #1- Our top secret judges will be walking around and hand-selecting their favorite costumes. If you think you have what it takes, be looking your best when you walk into the event. If you are selected, you will be handed a pass to enter Costume Contest #1. This will take place on stage during the show. YOU MUST BE AT THE EVENT BY 8:30PM to be considered for this first contest. There will be 3 total categories available for judging: Funny/Pop Culture, Scary, and Couple/Group.

Contest #2- The week following the event, there will also be an online costume contest with a $50 prize available to each of the top 4 winners. This particular online contest will be judged by your peers on Facebook.

COSTUME GUIDELINES-
There have been questions about costume props, as well. Props are allowed, but per the wishes of the Doubletree and CRPD, no real weapons can be used for props. And any props that are real, or look too lifelike, will be confiscated. Homemade props are great - but use your best judgement. Final say will be given to security and the police officers on-site.

PHOTO BOOTHS-
Just like in years past, we will be providing photo booths. Get your group together and get your photos taken! Photos will be available for free download a few days after the event is over. For the online costume contest you must use photos taken in our official photo booths, so make sure you get yours done at our booths!

This is the 8th year of planning this event. Hopefully you've joined us for some of our past parties and/or we'd like to welcome you to the Haunted Halloween Ball if this is your first time. Each year and each theme brings new challenges and new excitement. We always hoped for the event to be successful, but we never dreamed that this is what it could become. We wanted to create the kind of party you see in the movies, the kind of party that we would want to go to. And with your support - we've made that happen! **THANK YOU** for attending and thanks for having the most amazing costumes we've ever seen! This event is a labor of love, and it's also a ton of work. We're always learning (and listening) on how to improve. There may be some things that don’t go as planned - that's just the unpredictable nature of live events! But we have made some great additions that we feel will continue to impress our guests and have you coming back year after year.
We started this event as a few friends who wanted to have a "little party" but we're honored that we've grown to be such a staple in the community, and we're humbled to have given away over $50,000 to local charities, all because of great ticket-buyers like you.
